Our roots trace back to Aristóteles Loaiza, our grandfather from Cariamanga, Loja, Ecuador, whose work growing and trading coffee began a family legacy spanning three generations.

In 2013, we envisioned bringing our own coffee brand to market. That vision became Café Pergamino Gourmet in 2015, which we began exporting to Chicago, where it was warmly received.

Today, that journey continues through Ember & Grove Coffee Roasters, honoring our family’s legacy and sharing our Ecuadorian roots with every cup.
