Ember & Grove Coffee Roasters Return & Refund Policy.

At Ember & Grove Coffee Roasters, we take pride in delivering fresh specialty coffee roasted with care.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns on opened coffee bags.

Eligible Returns:

  • Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsable for return shipping cost unless the product was damage or shipped incorrectly.

Damage or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days od delivery at: info@emberandgrovecoffeeroaster.com

 

We will gladly replace the product or issue a refund when appropriate.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method whitin 5-10 days after approval.
